Plimoth Plantation is an historical recreation of a town settled by the Pilgrims in 1620 on the shores of Massachusetts Bay. The Pilgrims, who celebrated America’s first Thanksgiving in 1621, shared the basic beliefs of other Puritans including John and Thomasine Winthrop. The three film clips below come from videos I shot during a visit to Plimoth in 2007. The Plimoth Plantation web site provides more information about this historical landmark. |
